REDAB PROPERTIES PLC is not a newcomer to the complex English property market.
Managing Director C.G. Pettersson arrived in London on April 1987 and after more than 20 years he can look in the mirror and reflect on completing a £100 million Four Millbank project and other £100 million investments for Swedish Investors up to 1993.
Thereafter focused on building Redab Properties Plc from a £1,000 company early in 1994 to a company worth more than £8 million in Net Asset Value by end of December 2007. This was reduced to £5 million during the 'credit crunch' but now there is a very positive forecast for the coming business years.
During 2011 and 2012 there was a new issue and we increased the number of shares from 7,628,025 to almost 11 million which has led to an increased in Net Asset Value and also has meant that we can start on our Commercial Road development of 18 apartments January 2012 and also look for new purchases.

The company's Net Asset Value has increased from £50,100 as at 1st January 1996, to £8,188,087 as at 31st December 2007.
